FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is a Lawn Greeting?                                                             

    They are a public display of affection in the form of unique personalized signs. They can be rented for many occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, birth announcements, graduations, etc....

2.  How much does a lawn greeting sign cost?

     The price varies depending on the Lawn greeting you choose. Generally rentals are for 3 , 5 or 7 days. See the photo and pricing page for information. Lawn greetings are rented as themes. Letters can be added at an extra cost of  $1.00 per letter.

3. Are reservations required?

     Reservations are not required but strongly recommended to make sure you get the Lawn Greeting you want.  Usually we require a 2-3 notice for delivery but might be able to do it in 1 day in a pinch.

4.  What forms of payment do you accept?

     We accept personal checks,money orders, PAYPAL and cash payable on delivery. Personal checks must be received 7 days before rental. A $25.00 fee is charged on all returned checks. Checks and money orders can be mailed to:

5. What areas do you deliver to?

     We deliver inside the New Haven county in CT. There is no extra charge for deliveries inside a 15 mile radius. Anything outside this delivery there is a charge of $1.50 per mile which covers both ways. Delivery includes set up and pick up. Delivery and set-up usually occur between 9 pm and 6 am so that the Lawn Greeting is there when your loved one wakes up. We can make other arrangements also.

6. How do I place an order?

     Just give us a call at (203) 468-6547. If we don't answer just leave a message and we will return your call shortly. Please give us a 2-3 day notice for orders.

7. Does the Lawn Greeting come with a personalized message?

    Lawn greetings are rented as themes. (see photos).  They can be personalized with names also. Extra letters can be added at an additional cost of $1.00 per letter. See our photo and pricing page for some examples.

8. How many pieces are included with my Lawn Greeting?

     Usually there is a minimum of 10 pieces with a message board.  See our photo and pricing page.

9. Do I get to keep the Lawn Greetings?

     No, these are for rental purpose only.

10. Do you deliver in bad weather?

     We try to make every attempt to deliver your Lawn Greeting but safety is of our utmost concern. We will contact you in advance if we cannot deliver and refund your payment.

11. Do you deliver everyday of the week?

     Yes we do!

12. Safety issues and other policies.

     The Lawn Greetings are not toys. Each one has a metal rod securing it to the ground
     Please do not allow your children to play on them. The displays are made of plastic and MDO. They will not support your childs weight.
     Full retail price wiil be charged to the customer that placed the order for damaged or missing displays. Not the recipient.
     Please do not attach balloons to the displays. The displays get very hot and if a balloon hits it it can melt to the sign causing damage.If damaged, full retail will be charged to the customer placing the order , not the recipient. 

13. Refund policy.

     We will give you a full refund as long as you give us a minimum of a 24 hour notice.
We are unable to give refunds for the following reasons:
-You give us less than a 24 hour notice
-You give us an incorrect address
-If we are prevented from setting up the display by the homeowner, business owner or security officer. It is the renters responsibility to verify this.
-If we are contacted to pick it up early.
-If there are dogs preventing us from setting up.
-If there are no grassy areas to set up. We cannot set up on concrete or pavement. It is the renters responsibility to verify this.
